Mike Wall
Principal
Mike is the Founder and Principal of Park Hill Ventures. He combines two decades of experience as a tech business leader and self-directed investor, to provide angel capital, executive advisory and business consulting to high-growth Canadian startups. His track record includes multiple successful exits as a startup investor, advisor and operator.
Prior to founding Park Hill, Mike was a Vice President, Sales at Comscore (NASDAQ: SCOR), an Internet measurement pioneer that went public in 2007 and reached $2.5B market cap. Prior to that, he was a Sales Executive at Visual Sports, a VR simulator startup founded in 2000 and acquired by market leader Full Swing Golf. Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He advises on 1) business strategy, planning and development; 2) sales management, scaling and execution; and 3) digital business analytics.
Hanny Elsayed
Advisor
Hanny is a Vice President, Business Development at Morningstar (NASDAQ: MORN), a leading provider of independent investment research serving financial institutions, financial advisors and individual investors. He brings two decades of financial industry experience to Park Hill Ventures to support Canadian startups in the areas of FinTech, SaaS and Analytics.
Hanny holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, and an MBA degree from Shulich School of Business at York University, with concentration in finance and investment management. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His specialties include strategic relationship management, business development and sales, industry analysis and strategy, and financial data and research methods.
